This series of vessels provides heating and heat preservation functions. They are manufactured, pressure-tested, and inspected in accordance with the "Technical Specifications for Steel Welded Vessels". Capacities range from 100 L to 10,000 L, and custom sizes are available upon request. We also offer design and fabrication services tailored to your specific requirements.

The agitator shaft is sealed with a sanitary mechanical seal (imported options available), and the gear reducer is sourced from reputable brands such as Flender or SEW. Agitation speed is 36–53 rpm, with optional frequency inverter control. All process connections conform to ISO standard quick‑release clamp fittings. The inner shell is made of 316L or 304 stainless steel (with imported material options). The tank is equipped with a level gauge (non‑contact ultrasonic, static pressure transmitter, or glass tube type), a breather valve, a sterilizing steam port, a thermometer (digital or dial type), a CIP spray ball, an illuminated sight glass, multiple inlet/outlet nozzles, and a manhole.
